I joined Oliveda as a consultant after being super impressed with the effectiveness of these clean, waterless products. I was in search of a really high-performing clean brand and this was it. Oliveda has a 21-year reputation in Europe but is just in its second year in the United States. And it’s become the #1 fastest growing waterless beauty company in the world.

Why I love being an Oliveda brand consultant.

I’m a lawyer and mom of three, and the main reasons I love being a consultant are the flexibility, creativity, and joy it brings. It’s such a fun outlet! I feel like life can be so serious, and this is just fun. It’s a breath of fresh air.

I have been in the area of direct selling for 7 years, which is hard to believe, and I will always be a huge fan of this industry. I fit it in around my schedule and family (super helpful with three young kiddos!). And most importantly - it has helped build my self-confidence, leadership skills, personal development, and overall mindset. And not to mention it’s allowed me to meet so many amazing people and form great friendships. It introduces you to a community of amazing humans. So long story short, it’s been a blessing in my life for so many reasons!

There are some key differences with Oliveda compared to other affiliate links.

This is a main reason why I wanted to come on here and write a blog post about it. Because I feel like this information needs to be made known! Especially after personally working and having affiliates with over a dozen other brands. Over 80% of brands have affiliate opportunities. And you all know that if I am using and loving something and it’s helping me in some way, I am going to be sharing about it! I love helping others.

I have affiliate links with other brands and platforms and if I get a sale, the commission is usually 1% to 15% and I am paid a month later, at the earliest. I have some affiliate links I am not paid until 3-4 months later. And some don’t even pay you until you reach a minimum amount to pay out on your commission! Also, most affiliates you need to apply and be accepted to join them. There is also little to no mentorship to guide or help you.

*Below I am going to share the details of being an Oliveda brand consultant. This post is not meant to guarantee any level of income or lifestyle, it is simply to break down the details of having a consultant link with the brand.

First, there are two ways to shop on Oliveda:

1. As a client.

2. As a brand consultant and enjoy a 25% discount and have a commissionable link (your own affiliate link).

Oliveda Brand Consultant Details:

• It is $50 to enroll as a brand consultant. This gets you your own website link and a back office where you can see your orders, resources, training and upcoming paychecks. You will then enjoy the 25% off discount and your own personal consultant link.

• You can share Oliveda how YOU want. Some do a lot on social media, some do a little, some don’t even have social media. There is no right or wrong way to share this brand with others. It’s all up to how it feels right for you. That’s another reason why I love it!!

• You make 25-35% commission on orders. You earn 25% commission on sales to clients, and up to 35% commission if you reach the sales bonuses.

• You have the opportunity to grow a team and mentor. This is not required, but it is one of my favorite parts about Oliveda. I spend a lot of time mentoring and working with my team - doing 1:1 calls, team calls, trainings, daily checking email and messages, responding to questions, etc. I do a lot of other affiliate marketing, and it’s all done alone - just me, with very little guidance or help. I have definitely learned how much more fun and helpful it is to do this with other people and have a mentor. Plus - the leadership skills I have learned as a mentor are unmatched!!!!

• Oliveda pays you weekly on your personal sales. I love this considering I am paid months later on most of my affiliate links!!!!

• There are sooooo many resources! Since joining, I have been blown away by the resources. We have an in-house esthetician who does a call every Wednesday, and there are so many resources on our team page we have and there is always someone there to help. It makes it easy to learn and share.

• If you are interested in joining as a consultant, I have a 4-week onboarding series. I help guide you step-by-step each week in your first month to help get you started! And then, I will be there every step of the way after that. It’s a marathon, you learn as you go, over time. And you always have support!! I love the community so much.

• It’s FUN. I always look forward to working on my Oliveda business- which is a great sign. Something about it is just so fun. And it’s a really positive environment.
